A free of charge/low-cost lifestyle service designed to connect local health professionals and allied health professionals within Cockburn Integrated Health to provide nutrition, exercise and psychology support to community members. Contact us to book in for an initial health consult. We offer health consults on a two-monthly basis over a 12 month period per member.
