A free of charge/low-cost lifestyle service designed to connect local health professionals and allied health professionals within Cockburn Integrated Health to provide nutrition, exercise and psychology support to community members. Contact us to book in for an initial health consult. We offer health consults on a two-monthly basis over a 12 month period per member.

NursePrac Australia is a nurse practitioner-led health service. Our Just Kids Health clinic combines healthcare with health education to provide tailored support to improve health outcomes.
We take the time to understand your child’s needs and teach you quick, easy, no fuss care at home.
