Cockburn Health and Community Facility

The Cockburn Health and Community Facility incorporates Cockburn Integrated Health, which includes a a range of medical, allied health and other support services. Additionally, the Facility has a new Regional Library, Pharmacy, Centrelink, Radiology, Podiatry, Dental Clinic, Paediatric Dental Clinic, Specialist and Mental Health services on a one hectare site on the corner of Beeliar Drive and Wentworth Parade in Success.

The Facility has been planned to provide opportunities for service integration across service providers at the site and to be able to work with other service providers in the region. The focus is on meeting community needs and filling service gaps so that patient outcomes can be improved. The Facility also has a focus on student education and research with strategic links formed with Curtin University to provide opportunities for student placements and learning.
