Connect with Diabetes

Do you want to increase your knowledge and understanding of Diabetes and the services that are available to people with Diabetes?

Come and join us for a free information session hosted by Diabetes WA and proudly supported by City of Cockburn and Cockburn Integrated Health (CIH).

The workshop is for people at risk of diabetes, those living with diabetes, carers or anyone with an interest in finding out more about the condition.

There will be talks from Diabetes WA, information about National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) and food activities.  A health professional from Cockburn Integrated Health will be there to talk about the CIH Healthy Lifestyle Program and answer any questions you may have.

Two Free Door prizes to be won!

Be there to enter the raffle to win one of two fruit & vegetable baskets with a new Blood Sugar Monitor included (kindly donated by Cockburn Integrated Health Pharmacy located on the Ground floor of the CIH building)

A light morning tea will be provided. Please bring your own snacks (if required).
